2020 Audi Vision Gran Turismo 804-HP Electric Race Taxi Specs, Engine, Redesign, & Review – A few years earlier, Polyphony Digital started out getting automakers to make cars that’d been living inside of Gran Turismo. Dubbed ‘Vision GT,’ the cars didn’t have to are present in the actual world, and as a result, could have outlandish specs and performance. These were what designers imagined they could make, not whatever they actually might make.
Although some, like Mercedes, manufactured mockups of the cars, not one of them have existed in the actual world. Up to now. Audi’s e-Tron Vision GT is genuine and is going to be a taxi at Formula E races to scare the jeans off spectators.
The e-Tron Vision GT is a one-off, you won’t have the opportunity to buy one. But the specs of that one car are rather impressive. It has 804 horsepower from three electric motors-two out back and one up front-and is 3200 pounds. Audi, which was developing the car for nearly five years, states it offers perfect bodyweight distribution and will hit 60 in just 2.5 seconds.
While the electric version is actual and pays off homage to the Audi 90 IMSO GTO racer, there’s an additional version that’ll be in the activity alone. This one is a hybrid version of the very same car, with a V6 powering the rear wheels and the hybrid system managed up front. The hybrid is a lot more powerful of the two, with 1274 horsepower between the engine and hybrid system available. You can play each car in the game starting April 9th, and Audi’s taxi services will start at Formula E’s forthcoming Rome E-Prix.
