2020 AUDI A6 AVANT PURE WAGON AMBROSIA REVIEW, SPECS, REDESIGN, & PERFORMANCE – Audi just recently debuted the eighth generation of its A6 midsize sedan, but what a lot of us truly want is the A6 Avant wagon which was introduced these days. Of course, we won’t keep our air waiting around for it to arrive at the U.S. This mouth-watering item of not allowed fresh fruit has a sloping roofline, low-information D-pillar, and a roof edge spoiler. Up front, it appears very much like the new A6 sedan, with a large Singleframe grille and large air vents. The wagon may appearance greater, but it’s truly just as long, wide, and large as the sedan.
Inside the cabin, you’ll locate two center displays, one for infotainment and the other for climate control features. A 12.3-inch digital musical instrument bunch is available, together with a head-up display that assignments key vehicle facts about the windscreen for the driver’s use. Other features on touch include leather covers, open-pore timber, a cabin aroma feature, and a Bang And Olufsen sound system.
Audi is giving four-and six-cylinder gas and diesel engines, all of which have a mild hybrid system. The engines arrive paired to possibly a seven-speed dual-clutch or even an eight-speed automatic, and all-wheel drive is available. There are four suspensions to pick from: a standard steel-spring suspension, sports suspension, suspension with distress absorber control, and an adaptive air suspension that has controlled distress absorbers. As we just recently documented, it’s likely that some kind of Avant model could eventually make its way to the U.S.
We sat down with Filip Brabec, Audi of America’s merchandise control boss, who advised us the automaker hasn’t determined out the likelihood of promoting an RS Avant in the U.S., despite the fact that for now, it’s centering on Sportback versions.
